If you are unable to access or set up voicemail for the first time, or after updating to iPhone 2.0 software or later, and encounter one of the following symptoms:
- Tapping Phone > Voicemail displays the following screen:

- Tapping and holding ’1′ for more than 2 seconds on Phone > Keypad does not contact your voicemail.
